MARINE CORPS AIR GROUND COMBAT CENTER TWENTYNINE PALMS, Calif. - Over the past week, multiple incursions by UAS/drones have taken place within the Combat Center's Restricted Airspace (RA). This activity is illegal and extremely hazardous, placing both Marines and aircraft in potentially life threatening situations. Operation including that of quadcopters or fixed-wing platforms is strictly prohibited aboard the Combat Center, including at Camp Wilson and the Mainside area. Express written consent by the Commanding General MAGTFTC/MCAGCC is required; any violations can lead to legal action.
